「We requested handicap room online but when we arrived , was advised that the room was smaller than the regular room, not sure if it’s true or not. Nonetheless better to build so rooms for handicapped. So we requested for a chair to be placed inside the bathroom but still very tight for my disabled husband to move around. Also the public bathroom wasn’t clean. We also saw a mice in the dining room and an insect inside our bedroom.」

「The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The surroundings are very quiet and a great place to relax. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and although I made a mistake and did not have the shuttle to the airport booked correctly, one of the staff quickly arranged it for me and I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you very much.」

「My suite has a full fridge and stove. I was able to make mostaciolli, nachos and all lol. I was there for a funeral and everyone was able to come back to the hotel and sit on the patio comfortably.」
