「Nice, viejo, charmy place! Very good for money their ask. Room is cute. And quite big territory. Hot spring river as well, you can not miss it, free access, but banks are rockies. Lady at reception was very nice!」

「This property was amazing. It was serene and peaceful. The owners are truly welcoming they treat you like your family. It is run fby Family , and it truly shows and how they take care of their guest. There are knowledgeable and accommodating when offering suggestions and activities in the area. Our family of four stayed in one room. It had proper accommodations for all of us. Breakfast was made every morning and it was delicious. Highly recommend going to the area to stay this hotel 」

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel and staff to be great. The bed was comfortable and the amenities (kitchenette, bathroom) were good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They have a lot of different choices for lunch and dinner and the servings were generous. Breakfast was also very good but we found it pricey for what you got. The staff - Alonso, Izak and William - were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.」

「The property grounds are incredible, offering an abundance of options for guests to explore and have access to. All staff encountered were kind and helpful. It was also a complete benefit that the Cloud Forest shuttle is literally right across the road! We would definitely stay here again!」

「Room and property are beautiful. They offer breakfast but wasn't able to try it due to our scheduling didn't coordinate with their 7am start time. That is one thing I would change is maybe have breakfast start at 6 for people going on tours so they can eat first. They did provide one day a to go box the night before with sandwich and fruit which was nice. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and they have a .25 mile hike thru woods on their property that is awesome. The view of volcano was...
