「Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. 「It’s a simple hotel, humble and decent room (no fridge in the room). Very pleasant staff, nice view of the volcano. Parking is 100m away (the gate is locked, you have to unlock and park your car, but it’s very hard to pull the gate. Overall nice stay.」
