"We were very fortunate to have stayed at this hotel. I didn't realize I booked a "superior" room, which was a VERY happy accident. This is one of the nicest hotels/rooms we've ever stayed at. It's very close to the trains/subways and super easy to navigate around Osaka. It's made for a great home base. We had our luggage delivered from our hotel in Tokyo and was already in the room waiting for us. The room was immaculately clean and for being a "superior" room, it was quite roomy. The shower/bathtub was so NICE. The staff is super helpful. Even when we didn't need our room serviced, we always came back with a couple bottles and water and clean towels outside our room."
