"Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again."

"This hotel is better than I expected. It is old but the room is clean with sufficient amenities. The price is reasonable for staying during Golden week. Proximity to scrabble crossing, Shibuya center gai and Shibuya Station is a plus. Front desk and breakfast staff working very hard. "Our first time in japan. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby, trains and grocery stores nearby. Be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. Good clean affordable hotel we probably pay more for high season unfortunately miss cherry blossom season. We enjoy yakiniku and conveyor belt sushi the most and tried every bento boxes. Hope to come back in the future we enjoyed our visit.
