「Needs a great deal of work and maintenance. Low price for one night, but would not stay there again.」

「This was our second stay at this hotel. The price is what attracted us. However, the first morning we woke up there was no breakfast at 6 am as advertised; there was fruit loops and pastries from the day before. The night manager was in the back on her phone. She finally got up and started putting some breakfast out and seemed put out that she had to do that. Families with children had to wait as the food came out. 「I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.」

「Although the staff was friendly, the property seemed on a lower rung compared with other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The carpets are old, toilet slow to operate and overall maintenance and updating seems overdue. I'm a fan of Hampton Inns in general but this one seemed overpriced and dated.」

「I lived the room and staff were very accommodating. My room did have a small leak from the air conditioning unit in master bedroom which caused a small wet spot on carpet with a slight mildew smell. Other than that, I loved it! I look forward to returning next year.」

「Peaceful stay. Manicured and clean property. Rooms are spacious and the shower large with great water temperature and pressure. Enjoyed watching boats go up and down the waterway. Pool was refreshing . Food was delicious- service excellent. Rental of golf cart was worth it we went into town and drove around. The free shuttle was a great feature」

「The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.」
