Convenient and a very Quiet neighborhood

Easy distance by tram from Old Town

No staff on site, and you had to phone someone who was offsite to get instructions. My room was in another building next door and there was no lock on the outer door so anyone could walk it. The key hole is actually empty. The room was a comfortable temperature but that was about it. the wallpaper was peeling and the sheets were dirty and stained. The walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbours all night. There was a sign outside the building saying no parking as it was a driveway but someone still parked right in front blocking the entrance. The wifi did not work at all even though I called and they said there was free wifi, I could not get it at all. Perhaps because I was in a different building from the main one. I asked about the free parking and was told to park on the street. That is not private parking. All conversations were completed via a phone in the lobby, as I never say and staff. That is a lot of money for such a poor experience

Greeted very warmly upon arrival, the room itself was spotlessly clean and fairly large with a very modern ensuite. The owner was very kind and personable. We really enjoyed staying here, the property is lovely and well maintained. The location is ideal, very closely located to shops, as well as the beach. The bus stop into the city centre is located right outside the property making it very easily accessible. Would definitely recommend others to stay here, thank you!
