「The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. There is no check in desk as stated online, the property is down a lane directly off the street. The towels were thin and old considering the price we were...

「The morning snacks and 24-hour coffee service are great. The staff were very friendly and quickly changed my room after I mentioned my concerns about noise. The room was generally clean, but the smell, dust, and frost in the fridge were a bit bothersome. Also, if you're staying multiple nights, the only thing they do is collect the trash and change the towels, but there were ants in the bathroom frequently, so it would have been nice to be able to easily request cleaning.」
