「The room is clean, but there isn't cleaning at the consective stay. Soap is provided, but no toothbrush. It was good that a dryer is in the room. They kept our baggage before departure, but the tag was forgotten so became slightly uneasy. The staff is kind. The elevator stops by the card key only at the staying floor.」

「エスプレッソマシン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などがあり、快適に過ごせた。 駅から近く、バー、スーパー、レストランなどが近くにあり、便利。 部屋は清潔でした。 スタッフも親切丁寧でした。 また利用したいホテルです。」

「When I first arrived at the hotel, it was locked, so I struggled for about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. I called the phone provided , unlocked it for me. There is staff from 6:00 to 18:00, but the other time that it's an unmanned hotel, like an apartment. I was able to spend without any problems. It's near a BigBus stop, so transportation is not bad. If you use public transport, "KingsCross Station" is conveniently located, about a 10 minute walk away. It is not suitable...

「Beautifully located in Surry Hills. If you’re looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this area. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and included a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. One great bonus is that bills is located in the same building—you can even enjoy their dishes through room service. My family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 」
