"The reason for such a high rating at this facility is because of the employees. Every interaction with staff was above and beyond any expectations that I had. Yes the elevators may be confusing, some of the signage could be better, but the people that work here are top notch. Special shout out to the front desk employees, especially those working around 4:00 p.m. on September the 21st and those working the morning shift September 22nd, the casino cash out employees and the very kind and professional security officer working at the lost and found the morning of September the 22nd. I wish I paid more attention to the names so I could compliment them personally. For the amount of money you pay to stay here, you're treated much better by the staff of the hotel down the street that cost twice as much."

"Very clean and spacious. My only complaint is the lighting needs to be better. Even with all lights on it was super dark in our room. "

"The property is stunning. It feels elegant and private, with serene water features throughout. The room was large and beautifully decorated. They had multiple gyms and a beautiful spa.The only thing lacking was the bar assortment in the casinos, and the fact that the restaurants, all closed early."

"Overall a wonderful experience; we had dinner at top of the world restaurant excellent so convenient because it was just a few steps away. We had housekeeping room was nicely cleaned and organized. "

"The staff at checkin was very helpful as we were traveling in a group with ages 3 years to 73 years old and needed some particular guidance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the place is at a walkable distance to the attractions around and was very convenient. "

"I enjoyed my stay overall the only downside is the late check in couldn’t even pay to check in early as they were booked up but the room was really nice , had a nice view of the sphere , the room was clean which is always #1 with lots of stuff included like a fridge & hair dryer would deff come stay again "
