"Staff very accomodating, room very clean, close to main highway"

"Probably the cleanest room ive ever stayed in (and i have stayed in a lot) but did have some wear n tear. Stains on the wall. The tub also doesnt drain well and i felt kind of digusted standing in it. You also cannot get the water to flow just through the water head which leads to decrease in water pressure(room 160). Bed was very comfy, nice tv. Full size fridge, cooking area, microwave and dishwasher which was a huge plus! Quiet for the most part but you can hear a bit through the walls. The breakfast is okay. Bagels were good. Eggs are definitely coming from frozen or something. They tasted very gritty and inedible. Overall, i had an enjoyable time. Room was super tidy other than wear n tear out of the cleaners control, good coffee and bagels, very kind staff. I rented a room to get a break from the kids and i did come back feeling incredibly relaxed! Would definitely book again!"

"This is a really great place to visit, I was under the impression that there was a hot tub but I think they did away with it. The pool is very nice and the Breakfast was unbelievable, talk about a world class breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff we're very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay at the Embassy Suites Waltham again."

"This could be a nice place, but the carpet and furniture need to be replaced ASAP. This would make a very large difference. Check in was easy and the person was friendly. Sheets seemed clean, and the place felt safe. Parking was extra. There is a large indoor pool that the whole building is built around... but it is closed except for the summer. Why not have a pool open year round, especially when it is the centerpiece of the property?"

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12 to leave."
