Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff is excellent!

Our stay in Hotel Nikko is superb. The location has easy access to subway, airport limo pick-up, department stores, shops and restaurants.

We had a one night stay before departing Japan and the Westin was perfect. Good location and 30 min. to Itami Airport. Would stay longer next time. Great Breakfast Buffet. Spacious room w/ tub and shower. Clean and staff was professional and helpful. Higher floors have great views.

Great hotel. Loved every aspect. Helpful staff, especially Benjamin the bar manager, who gave us great tips on Osaka and recommended fantastic wines and cocktails.

The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Simply put one of the best hotels in the world. What a magnificent place.

Our experience at Conrad Osaka was really superb. The hotel staff was a shinning example of hospitality: warm, incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail of our needs. This applies to all areas of the hotel staff, from those greeting us at the entrance, to the concierge and restaurants staff, as well as those cleaning our gorgeous room. The hotel was beautiful, food great, and the butler service was very helpful setting up reservations, planning day trips, and coordinating our schedule. It was definitely the best stay of our trip in Japan.

The hotel was very well located for a tourist. It was within walking distance of Osaka Castle and several restaurants were just a block or two away. The breakfast buffet, an additional charge, was amazing. There was a huge selection of foods and items were kept filled. The hotel was very clean and was decorated beautifully. Even the elevator was lovely - and very fast.
