My only complaint is that the front desk staff lied to my husband and myself on separate occasions about restaurants open in the area. They said the only restaurant open was The Dixie Saloon and while we were out we found several restaurants open. We were told by a waitress at Audie’s that the hotel staff is threatened with termination if they recommend any other restaurant. This is extremely unsettling as a patron that we can’t even trust the staff to tell us about restaurants. I don’t like being blatantly lied to so I will not be staying at our dining in any restaurant or hotel affiliated with the Hamilton Inn. "

"No staff on site. Had to go to a different hotel to even check in. Room was filthy. Other parts of hotel were not clean at all. Highly inconvenient in the room they put us in, it was like a maze to get to the room. The no elevator to get our things to the room. "
