「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「We really enjoyed the home & especially the excellent proximity to dining, shopping, casinos, event centers. Home was very clean & comfortable, great kitchen amenities to cook. Excellent communication throughout. Our kids enjoyed the layout & separate spaces. Our only suggestion for improvement would be an outdoor hot tub! 」

「This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The hotel is spectacular with stellar staff that met my every need. The views are gorgeous. Doug at Edgewood restaurant and lounge definitely went the extra mile. The rooms were cozy, just wish there was more storage space. Food and drinks on property were good and fire pit smores were a highlight. 10/10 can’t wait to come back. 」

「Hotel was a great experience. Nice view of the Mountains and city in the night. Rooms were spacious and living room was pretty big for kids to crawl and play. Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again. 」

「Didn’t like the housekeeping and front desk support. Stayed there for 2 nights and when entered inside found the floor having leftover stuffs and uncleaned entire apartment floor. They also had left one hoodie in the kitchen counter. When called after checkin the hotel room, they said they can’t send housekeeping service because it was late at night around 11am which I understand but they didn’t help in getting that cleaned throughout our stay for 2 nights.
