「ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！」

「Love staying here every time I’m in Missouri 」

「Staff. I arrived early and there was no availability. I left my number at the front desk and went for food. As i finished my meal, I was called and told my room was ready. The room was freezing cold. Housekeeping responded quickly and brought me extra blankets. 」

「Fairly new building in a new area of town. Very convenient as right off the freeway. 2 Q room, typical Fairfield bath setup except a tub/shower instead of shower as we’ve seen in every other Fairfields. Ave size room but adequate. Good cleanliness. Good breakfast, cage free eggs, bacon, sausage, 2 waffle makers, etc, good coffee. We would stay here again if needed. 」

「Room was clean, all the employees were helpful and friendly. Great casino fun and tons of slots. Bar stays open till 2 am so if you arrive late like we did it was nice to get to relax drink a couple and play. 」

「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. 」
