「This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. 「Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. 「Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. 「Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. 」
