「Unfortunately I have severe osteoarthritis amd spinal damage...and have trouble sleeping..I went downstairs approximately 3 am..spoke to the night staff and asked if I could sit in the dining area...he abruptly said no... its closed.we open at 6. I asked again ..he said no. So for someone who is disabled...I hobbled over to McDonald's eho s staff were excellent ..for the £110 ish pounds...not for me or.my family...」

「This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed in 100s. Staff could went above and beyond, the place is stunning, the rooms are spectacular and the breakfast was excellent. I wish I could stay every weekend.」

「There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning.」

「No elevator or air conditioning - rooms were very hot during summer heatwave. Helpful service.」

「The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away.」
