"When I arrived the hotel, the staff said that I could either find a parking on the street or pay $25 for one night. What a joke!!!"

"Overall, I was happy with the property, but the major issue we have was that they tend to overbooked their two bedroom suites and the whole reason we stayed and chose this property was to be able to accommodate my entire family. Upon arrival they they overbooked our room and told us that it was sold out and that we would not be in a two bedroom suite to fix the problem. They put us in two different bedrooms and two different rooms. This was complicated because we have three underage children so...

"I really like the feel and look of the lodge. We have stayed there before and came this time with our daughter and family. They liked it too. The only negative is the breakfast offering. We didn’t get breakfast there this time because we were disappointed last time. We told our daughter but she tried it anyway and was disappointed as well. It is not worth the price you charge for it; just a continental breakfast with nothing special. We’ve had better breakfasts a chain hotels. Sorry. ...
