My time here was one I will never repeat. The facility attempted go slap paint on a decaying hotel. Many areas still need rehab and repairs. Additionally, there was so much noise I could hear from above and beside me. It was to be close to family but I will never foresake quality for such poor conditions.

The location, tucked at the edge of a strip mall, is a little odd, but I really liked the hotel. The Mexican hacienda vibe is cute, and the property is well-kept, with colorful flowers and ornamental lighting. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was helpful. 🙂

Clean property. Variety of breakfast options that were good. Wonderful staff. Rooms are clean. Hottub and pool were very nice and in a private area that was clean and comfortable! I had to cancel this reservation due to a serious viral illness. I contacted the hotel directly and was told I would hear back about a possible refund or partial refund of the 3 nights. I never then heard any word back. So maybe keeping my money and providing no service to me seems like a win for the hotel but you and your chain have lost a customer for life.

Great property

The property is clean and well maintained and kept up to date. The gal at the front desk at checkin was amazing. The pool and outdoor area are very nice and the area that it is in is nice. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses close by.
