We love LivAway in Tucson! Brand new property and the staff is some of the best in the business. Aaliyah at the front desk is very helpful and friendly, and the manager is equally fantastic. The beds are super comfortable, it’s very quiet, located by every restaurant and store you could possibly need, and very reasonably priced for such a wonderful property! we really appreciated the inexpensive pet fee of $10 per day and the free parking. We will always be repeat customers of LivAway in Tucson!

I booked this because I needed a fridge overnight. The checkin staff were helpful and friendly. Twice I had a passing maintenance person help me with my coolers. It is across from Costco and has only been open 8 weeks so everything is still brand new. I will definitely return.

Our stay was amazing. It was very clean inside and out. 3 of the front desk workers were super friendly and very helpful. We loved our stay but the water pressure is very low and barely any hot water. Also I felt like we were constantly being watched. We checked in around 10:30pm by 9am i got a call from the hotel and the lady sounded pretty angry, telling me that they were watching the cameras because 'someone dropped something' and they happened to notice that we had a dog that I 'supposedly' didn't mention but, I could of sworn I did, but anyway, I told her that I apologize and that she can go ahead and charge my card that my intentions weren't to try to hide him because he's a pretty big dog, he's a pitbull, so there would be no way of me to hide him, mind you our stay was going to be for a while, not a couple of days or weeks. So I'm a single mom going through some life situations at the moment, so the first booking that I did was for some days but not a whole week, because I'm tight on money so after that I started paying daily. So after maybe 2 weeks of staying there, i go down to make my payment and the lady tells me that per hotel policy after September 1st I have to start paying a week in advance and not daily and maybe that is a thing I'm not too familiar with that but I was like okay then proceeds to tell me that per hotel policy after 30 days of being there we would have to checkout and leave for 24 hours and than come back.

The rooms are spacious and having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher makes a huge difference—especially for an extended stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. I also really liked having the laundry facilities, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and free parking available. Overall, LivAway Suites is a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Tucson, especially for a longer stay. My stay was 3 days @ LivAway suite. The staff was friendly, ready to help, knowledgeable on rates. good energy. The place was immaculately clean, from outside to the inside of the building. A huge plus!! the rooms were well equipped with kitchen appliances. the bathroom was well stocked with towels. Will definitely give a 5 star star rating.

So when I was told that, that kind of got to me because like I said I'm a single mother we didn't have a lot of stuff but we had plenty of stuff that we wouldn't want to be moving in and out every 30 days. It's an extended stay hotel, that's the whole purpose of it, is for long periods of stays. So I just felt like something was off. Moving on, another time I pulled into the parking lot, mind you parking lot was empty at the time, so by the time I drive to the back and park and get out of my car one of the ladies is already there and she was walking towards us looking a little mad and told me that I shouldn't be pulling in that fast because they've been receiving a bunch of complaints about us and walked away and that kind of threw me off because nobody ever said anything about nothing. I spent a lot of money the time I was there and while our stay was good and some of the staff was friendly and helpful, we had somewhat of a negative situation, but overall everything else was amazing. Would definitely come back!
