「Very comfortable beds, great laundry room, helpful check in staff, good snack shop you can buy water, snacks, some food etc. Pool is really big although we didn’t use it. Lost one star due to the shuttle service to Universal not being great due to the times. Weird morning times especially and not frequent at all. We weren’t able to get it due to the times not suiting us. Ubers were between $6-8 to Universal Studios and around $8-10 to Epic.」
