"Our room was visibly updated and very clean. Perfect for myself and 2 teenage boys. The shower was unique with 2 different shower heads and great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Thermostat worked great. The location was perfect for visiting parks, specifically Universal for us. We had walking access to local restaurants and stores but also public transportation to other places. Would definitely stay again."

"The resort seems run down for being only a few years old. Our room was fairly dirty when we checked in, as well. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been washed or vacuumed. All the common areas had finger prints on the door handles and railings. I usually am not too fussy, but for the price and expectation of the resort, I was disappointed. "
