「I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) 」

「The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. Thus, after a bit of confusion, however, we were put in the right place with the helpful assistance of the cleaning person. The rooms were bright and cheery and rather larger than expected. 「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」
