"Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and ankles. These toilets were really horrible. If I went there again I would have to request a handicap accessible room."

Additionally, the convention hall was expansive and very well-maintained, making it a perfect venue for our event. The highlight, however, was the consistent outpouring of generosity and the smiling faces in every department. I truly look forward to staying here again!"

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "
