Reed was quick to respond on all my inquiries. Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a much better job. The dishes were dirty, the floor was a bit dirty, the couch was horribly stained and everything could have used a very thorough wipe down, so ended up doing some cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our...
