「This place was great. It's exactly as advertised, super clean, and have all the amenities. The hosts respond nearly instantly to any messages and are really nice. Instructions were clear and easy (check in and out) and the location is great. 」

「Cozy little stay. 5 minutes from the strip so very convenient for those trying to same some money yet still be close to the strip.」

「The sophisticated lobby spoke to the upmost class and elevated people wise to the amazing venture that is the palms.」

「Loved staying at this cute 2 bedroom house. The hosts were awesome, such nice people! We will for sure stay there again!」

「The location is great! Away from the strip yet very close. Very quiet area. Fantastic house. Lots of room. Host is wonderful. Replies back quickly. 」

「The Host never states on the post that he is on site 24/7. Would rather make the stay un conferrable.」

「Just a simple, plain place. Elegant is too strong a description. Concrete floor with a rug for the sleeping area. Shampoo holder fell off the shower wall spontaneously. Fabrizio very quick to respond to communications. You have to park on the street, which was a little bit crowded at times. A so so neighborhood.」

「Great house with plenty of room, the upstairs master bed leaves a lot to be desired and should be upgraded, the lower level master bed was great. Very nice kitchen, and the AC works great! The only gripe is the backyard needs to be cleaned badly. There are so many leaves that were never picked up that they blow into the pool constantly. We used the grill and it worked great and was clean. Access to the lower master from the pool was great. We would definitely stay again. It is far from the strip...

「The only reason I dinged the property a little was in the description because it has a full-size fridge, which I think should be included in the description」
