「Very welcoming, friendly staff!」

「I was given short notice to find a hotel for a two night stay in August for my family of six. I knew nothing about this hotel but took a chance as reservations this time of year are hard to find at short notice. I was very pleased that this hotel was as nice as their picture on the web. 「Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.」

「So the room was $400 per night and it was not a good experience. Our room was so small we kept hitting our heads while in bed on the wall because it slanted towards us. Really needs to be renovated. The shower was the size of a small person to fit inside. The rugs on the 3rd floor which we had to drag our luggage up were disgusting. The entire place was vacant so why put us in this tiny room that a 5'10 person cant fit in」
