"Our room was clean and well serviced. I ask for an accessible room near the lift which was arranged with no bother. The staff were very cheerful and helpful willing to assist you in any way they could."

Service at breakfast and at reception was warm, friendly and efficient. It was a surprise that breakfast and parking were included. Had a lovely reunion evening with tasty food, especially the beef. "This was my third stay in the last month here. This is an old hotel and a bit tired in places. However, I keep returning because it is great value and the staff are very friendly. When I arrived this time, Sarah on reception offered me a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet - a lovely gesture and much appreciated. I’ll certainly be returning! "
