「Staff were lovely」

「The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available.」

「Staff was very helpful with arranging taxis etc.」

「Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good」

「全体的には良かったです。朝食が毎日同じ料理、食材が並んでいるのて長期滞在者には不満が残ると思う。」

「Everything was great !! Well renovated, cozy room, delicious full english breakfast, a beautiful garden, two friendly cats……, hugely heartwarming hospitality by the gentle owner above all ! Her “Anything else can I help for you? ” always encouraged me so much. Very sad at leaving.」

「Staff and quiet place」

「問題あり」

「Very friendly welcome. A very comfortable stay. Thank you」

「I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.」
