「This property has changed, we have been coming here for years, but this time, we noticed it’s getting too corporate, very crowded with weddings and parties, they charge you 20 dollars a day resort fee and also a liquor tax, no more room service, We won’t be staying there anymore, and the prices for the rooms are outrageous」

「Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. 「I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to go across the street if you needed anything to the other hotel they own. This...

「Super cute B&B with a great location. Loved that it was walkable to the downtown area. Our room was so cozy and cute. Only thing I’d suggest is a TV in the room. I need background noise to sleep. 」

「私の部屋は4階でしたがエレベーターが無いので大きな旅行カバンの持ち込みは大変だと思います。トイレとシャワーが共用なので最大5部屋の人と使う事と成ります。これは古いホテルに泊まる条件みたいなものでこれも楽しむ気持ちがない人はおすすめ出来ません。 困ったのはシャワーがお湯が出なかった事です。 仕方なのでタオルで身体を拭いて我慢さました。」
