"My husband and I discovered this little gem while making a last minute trip to Lake Murray. We were looking for something small, simple and quiet in an established neighborhood on the lake. The apartment offers all of the simplistic needs for a short vacation. The space was very clean, having all of the amenities needed for our stay. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect and the location is close to Lexongton, Columbia area if wanting to head out for a day trip.The host communicated well with...

"Was nice. Some confusion about the use of in-home bathroom (as there is no shower in tiny home). Noted to not swim in pond d/t snakes but there were also small alligators. Overall, it was quite enjoyable and peaceful. Says it can sleep 4 but would only sleep 2 comfortably and maybe a small child in the "loft," but I couldn't even look into the loft as there was no apparent latter to get up to it. Tiny home is in back yard of the large family home (a little closer than I expected)."

"We stayed a week. At check-in there were a couple problems. A toilet was not functioning. Contacted the host and it was fixed ready morning! This was the most responsive host we’ve encountered! Kitchen is well equipped too. The patio is lovely too! The fenced yard is great for furry friends! Highly recommend!!"

"We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay."

"The photos on the site were not extremely accurate, there was considerable amount of homeless hear and around the property area. The downtown area was nice.The apartment facility going in had a horrific smell in the hallways not sure why but it was terrible. The room was clean when we arrived but there was trash under the bed and the smoke detector was torn out of the ceiling, and we left a night early due to seeing cockroaches in our room. Would not rent again."

"I arrived with instructions to enter the home . It was a lovely house it is an historic house . We had access to internet and TV . It was clean and not far from the university . I would come back for a future stay ."
