"工事中だったためエントランス、エレベーター前が混みあっていた。エレベーターの利用方法が分からない人がいて、狭いスペースを一段と狭くしていた。スタッフのは対応は親切でよかったと思う。朝食の混雑が、統制がとれておらず、ごちゃごちゃしていて座る場所もなく、部屋に持ち帰ることにした。その際、ボックスをもらうことができ、その対応は良かった。"

"ロケーション：ロケーションは最高。ブロードウェイには徒歩圏内、ホテル脇のメトロからも便利に各所に行けます。ロビー：ホテルのエレベーターは戸惑います。人が多いので、気を使います。レストラン（朝食）：メニューに変化がありません。室内：清潔で広々して居心地が良いです。洗面所、トイレ、バスタブとも清潔です。ただしバスタブに貯められる湯量は少なめです。また小柄な私たち夫婦にはベッドが高すぎました。総じて満足度のとても高い、さすがシェラトンです。"

"If the location is important, this hotel is the answer. However, other than that, we were very disappointed. The amenity is often not provided. We stayed for 5 nights but every day, soaps, lotion, cups, water, etc. There was always something missing. The welcome wine was provided in the room. The room after we checked in was extremely moldy and we asked for a different room. They changed the room right away. The breakfast was included but the quality was very bad except one Italian kitchen. The hotels own two restaurants are not recommended for breakfast. Room was clean, elevators were fast and the location was great!"

"I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. As I was staying for an extended period, I would have appreciated having the room vacuumed more regularly. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the water temperature was not very hot, which made using the shower inconvenient. That said, the location is very convenient."
