"This mountain cabin was cozy and perfect for the weekend! It was only 15 mins from the casino, where we spent most of the weekend at my niece’s volleyball tournament! The creek directly across the street was wonderful and being able to listen to it while relaxing on the porch was great! We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but it’s a great addition to the cabin! No WiFi can be an issue if you are not traveling with your boo thang but we brought a mobile MiFi unit and were able to enjoy some sports and Amazon Prime shows/movies. If you are cool with being unplugged while at the cabin this is the perfect spot to book! "

"Beautiful views and peaceful area. My dog and I enjoyed walking the road and cemetery. There is a dog that lives close by and it was not friendly. Thankfully my dog and I were already inside when it showed up but definitely be aware and keep your pets safe. Also, plan ahead, there was no gas station or grocery store or restaurant close by so make sure you stop in a larger nearby city! Overall, this cabin was clean and comfortable and as I said, a beautiful view!"

"We had pool view and of course the pools closed this time of year. We went there strictly to ride motorcycles. Rooms were clean. Lady at the front desk was very nice. You let us check in early so we can unload all our bags that were on the motorcycles. But there is a beautiful river right behind it and they have a nice big fire pit that's covered. If it happens to be a little bit of inclimate weather. We didn't take advantage of that. Like I said we were there strictly for riding."

"Heating didn’t work so it was 45 degrees in the house, there’s some kind of critters living upstairs, rats, squirrels, maybe raccoons. Could hear them running around in the attic all night."
