「Very professional helpful staff9」

「Staff was amazing. Anderson, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and a great variety. Room was big and beautiful and water pressure and hot water in bathroom were plentiful. Great hotel. Great value. Highly recommend.」

「Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. The room was spacious, but the sheets had...

「Grand old home with stately furniture. Great location to visit Etna. We had the dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. Great chef!」

「Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in.」

「Ottima struttura in un palazzo storico restaurato」
