「スタッフがとても親切、親身です。 前回、「せっけんがない」と書いたのは、私の誤解でした。 夜に買ってきたワインが開かなくて、頼んだら、開けた上に、素敵なグラスを持ってきてくれました。この親切さは、貴重です。」

「Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und immer sehr sauber (sehr gute Matratze) . Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziger Nachteil, das parken in der Straße würde ich nicht empfehlen und zudem ist es kostenpflichtig. 」

「The location in Catania is perfect and the room was clean, modern, cool (AC!) and spacious. We left too early for the breakfast but were given an excellent recommendation for dinner. The two drawbacks to be aware of: no elevator to bring luggage up 2/3 flights to entrance and the entrance is hidden behind the building, in an unattractive alley which was a bit daunting at night.
