「Good points: The location is good.The city is compact, so it's easy to get to anywhere. The room was quite spacious and the ceilings were high, giving it a luxurious feel. It was clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable. The shower water was hot, and there were no malfunctions with the other facilities. The staff were polite and punctual. 「二回目だったのですが、変わらずWhatsAppでの対応の仕方やフロントでの対応の仕方が素晴らしく丁寧でとても安心して利用できるホテルでした。また前回のお部屋ではNetflixが見れたこと、今回のお部屋ではYouTubeや Spotifyを繋げてゆっくり過ごす事ができたことがとてもいいところでした。次回ローマに来るときも利用したいです。」

「The hotel was exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including flat plates, large platters, soup bowls, cutlery, kitchen knives, and even a wine opener. They even provided dishwasher detergent, which was very helpful. ​Additionally, there is a supermarket located in the same building as the hotel, making it very convenient to shop until 9:00 PM.」

「バチカン市国に近く、可愛い部屋です。冷蔵庫はありますがポットはスタッフに言って貸して貰います。また、掛け布団が無くシーツのみなので寒がりの人はスタッフがいる21時迄に借りる必要があります。私は布団が無い事に気付かず初日は服を着て寝るハメになりました。」
