Really good Spa hotel with fresh rooms and friendly staff. A car is needed to go to the center and it's easy to find a parking close to the hotel.

I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding. Thank you so much to the front desk team ladies.

Too far from the touristy stuff, it was a $20 Uber ride to go anywhere, but the airport was only a 25 minute drive. It’s newly done, all modern, very clean. Staff was super nice. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, so dedicated, kind, and genuinely helpful. Our luggage was unfortunately lost during our flight, but the two incredible front desk agents went above and beyond to help us communicate with the airport and track our bags. Thanks to their support, we were able to find both of our suitcases. We truly appreciated their kindness and assistance during a stressful situation. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and quality. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were extremely happy with our stay. The only downside for us was the location, as the hotel is a little far from the city center. We needed to take an Uber whenever we wanted to visit the center. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the outstanding staff made our stay especially memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was ok...a little worn and in a remote neighborhood complete with all night barking dogs. Parking was a hassle and amazed they wanted to charge a daily fee for use of pool when amenities description did not state that. Elevators was a nightmare. On the positive side breakfast and staff were excellent.

The staff were all very pleasant& helpful. Anything I requested was provided promptly & with a smile. The honesty bar was great so easy to serve yourself. The SPA was good although I do feel a reduction for hotel guests rather than SPA customers would be beneficial. The hotel was further from the centre than anticipated but taxis easily obtained by the helpful reception team. Solo travellers are caught with high taxi fares. Maybe a hotel shuttle on the hour to the centre for a nominal fee for guests could be investigated in the future as im suremany use it as a baee to explore the area as i did so a connection to the bus/ train station would be ideal. Food was delicious both breakfast & dinner, although I wasn't informed I could order hot items via the QR code at breakfast however, I had all I could eat. Lastly to be sdvised the restaurant was closed when I arrived on my first day as a solo traveller wasn't ideal. Thankfully a pizza parlour a few metres away was open. All in alli had a lovely stay & am staying in an Una Hotel in Venice in November so I hope its just as good. Clare

Beautiful and restful place to stay upon our arrival in Sicily. The driver charged us $50 euro upon arrival and $40 euro when we went back to pick up our vehicle which I thought was very expensive. The breakfast was outstanding! Beautiful veranda! aurora was sweet and helpful!

The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.

Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting.

Accoglienza top! Camera molto confortevole e struttura molto bella, tranne qualche piccola manutenzione da effettuare. Comodo parcheggio in struttura. Colazione varia e abbondante. Il personale tutto gentile e disponibile Il percorso family spa molto bello e la spa è tenuta bene. Molto corretti perché ci hanno spiegato che avendo anche soggiornato avevamo pagato di più la spa perché acquistata separatamente; quindi ci hanno consigliato di convertire l'eccedenza in uno splendido massaggio rigenerante. Decisamente una struttura consigliata.

Virkelig flotte værelser. Motioncentret var godt og personale søde. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker. Jeg synes dog at for et 4 stjernet hotel får man for lidt for prisen. Du skal betale for at benytte poolen. Derudover skal du betale for te og kaffe og det følger ikke med på værelset. SPAen var også god, men der lugtede af tis i et af spaens faciliteter.

Katastrof ! Ingen påfyllnad av toa papper i rummet, fick fixa själv. Personalen gav bort vårt rum under vistelsen så två män hade access till rummet ett dygn innan utcheckning.Utomhuspoolen gick inte att använda separat, cen ingick i Spa och var så skitkall så det var ingen som kunde bada i den. Det kostade 20EUR för enbart detta och man var tvungen att regga alla sina uppgifter i ett system för att kunna nyttja Spa. Det var inte så nära till stranden som det uppgavs på hemsidan. Tog 25 min med Taxi till den riktiga sandstranden. Personalen sa fel adress till oss till stranden så vi fick jätteproblem att komma dit. Rummet låg som i en labyrint i en annan byggnad av hotellet så man var tvungen att ta två hissar för att kunna komma till rummet varav den ena hissen var avstängd i omgångar. Frukosten var dock bra men kan inte rek detta hotell till någon. Finns inte en enda vanlig restaurang i närheten. Låg någon Japansk med gångavständ där man var tvungen att boka bord en dag i förväg. Annars endast ett avhämtningsställe för Pizza. Taxi till allt man behöver göra. Gick inte att gå till City Center

Tive uma boa experiência no hotel, com alguns pontos muito positivos, mas também aspectos que poderiam melhorar. Pontos positivos: O quarto para duas pessoas tem um bom tamanho e, no meu caso, tinha uma sacada com vista para o Etna, o que fez bastante diferença. A cama é confortável, garantindo uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade. Além disso, o restaurante do hotel para jantar é excelente e vale a pena. Pontos negativos: O travesseiro não é confortável. No café da manhã, apesar da qualidade, o sistema é um pouco confuso: parte dos itens fica disponível, mas outros precisam ser pedidos, o que não é muito prático. Também senti falta de mais opções salgadas, já que há predominância de doces. Outro ponto importante é que o hotel está em obras, e isso não foi informado previamente — algo que deveria ser avisado aos hóspedes. Há certa confusão no acesso entre a recepção e os quartos, e os elevadores apresentaram problemas todos os dias, fazendo com que frequentemente tivéssemos que usar as escadas. A iluminação do quarto é fraca, e a disposição das tomadas é ruim — poucas e mal posicionadas. Localização: A região é ok. Não é central, mas é prática para quem pretende fazer bate-volta para outras cidades da região.

Demasiado lejos del centro. Generó gran incomodidad y gastos extras de taxis de ida y vuelta todos los dias!!!!!!!! Dentro del hotel también fue incómodo el traslado de un edificio al otro todos los días, escaleras y ascendores.
