"TV stopped working and i had to call the front desk 2 times until someone came to change the batteries 20 minutes later, we also forgot 2 jackets in the closet and i called to have them hold them for me i was told there was nothing there. "

"This was the 4th and final hotel I stayed at on a seven day road trip from Oregon to Disney and back. This had by far the lushest, most comfortable bed of the trip. I was in a lot of pain from straining my back on the trip and finally got some much needed comfortable sleep here. We had tickets for Winchester mystery house, or I would’ve laid in that bed the whole time, haha. Also the room was great (upgraded to a suit!), nice and big! Would definitely stay here again! "

"We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced. Our room was nice, a little tight with 4 of us but we knew that and it was great having a separate bedroom for us parents. The sofa pull out was big enough for both kids and one is 6ft tall. The bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. Parking was easy. The elevator was a little squirrly but fine. One elevator was down while there but it was never too crowded. Check out was easy and my bill was as expected, no hidden fees. We walked back from the game and it was not bad. The vibe in hotel is more upscale and relaxed. It was a great stay! We will be back. "

"Safe and cozy. Closest best option to be near Stanford hospital while a family member was admitted there. Clean and welcoming. Good proximity for other needs and shopping. "
