"The hotel is 5 stars! Spotless clean, delicious food, amazing well stocked breakfast buffet. The staff are simply amazing, warm, friendly and so attentive, i felt like royalty. Its worth booking the hotel transfer which got our holiday off to the best start. The pool area is tranquil amongst the lush greenery. We ate in the restaurant twice, and the food is fresh and delicious.....such good value If you want a tuk tuk, look for number 8, he is fantastic, took us everywhere we wanted to go and stayed with us. Took our shopping bags whist we went for a meal and drinks. What a lovely honest guy, and for just a few dollars....we gave him plenty of cash tips. He also recommended a local restaurant, dropped us there and waited for us. Its worth taking the private car tour from the hotel to Angkor Wat, theres no point shopping around to save a few dollars. The driver Nit,provided lots of useful information, iced face towels and water and dropped us very close to the temples and was waiting for us everytime. This hotel should have 5 stars "

"This place was amazing! Everything from the room, to the staff, to the location, to the vibe, was 10 out of 10. The only thing I could say that would detract from our stay is there was a dog barking in the middle of the night. We were staying on the side of the hotel above reception, so I would suggest requesting a room on the other side. I am a light sleeper and earplugs we’re necessary, but that’s it. We will stay there again"

"There are many things to love about this hotel, and that would be the fabulous enormous pool and the lovely staff. And there are some things that could definitely be improved. They are minor things that could make my review a 5-star. My list: 1) Since we can't put toilet paper in the toilet, please have garbage cans that can be closed. 2) How about containers of shower soap and shampoo instead of teeny tiny tubes. 3) A soap dish for bar soap so it's not on the wood bathroom counter. 4) A better breakfast buffet with fresh bread and pans that keep food hot after it's cooked. All in all, it was a nice hotel for a good price and if you want a nice pool, this was the place."
