The hotel is lovely. The staff arranged pick from bus station and we had a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was huge and the air con worked well...plus a ceiling fan. The pool was handy as it was so hot. Restaurant does food all day abd staff helped to organise mooed rental. The bed in our room was a little hard for our liking but did not spoil our stay which was relaxing. Wifi a little slow at times. Would recommend staying

The staff was very friendly and helpful - always keeping an eye out on what they can do to make your stay as best as it could possibly be. location is extremely convenient. Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting.

The staff is very helpful

The room was pretty and comfortable big beds. The location is great, All very modern. The swimming pool was lovely. A walk distance to the center. The staff were wonderful all of them very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
