Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers een beetje klein. Ontbijt is karig. Maar over het algemeen een fijn verblijf, dichtbij shopping en vertier.

Hotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die meisten Gäste sind von einer Fluggesellschaft. Von daher kann man ein gewisses Niveau der Gäste und auch dem Zustand und den Service im hotel erwarten. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt wie es sein soll.. Der Pool auf dem Dach war während meines Aufenthalts nur durch mich frequentiert. Das ist aufgrund der Größe auch gut so gewesen.. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die kalte Dusche. Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes möchte ich nicht stundenlang Wasser laufen lassen bis es warm wird . Aber das ist bei den Temperaturen erträglich.. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar aber ok.. Auf jeden Fall steht meinerseits einem weiteren Besuch des hotels nichts im Wege..

Nice boutique hotel with basic room amenities which is sufficed for our stay. Many good, very affordable bars and restaurants nearby, location is good, 2 minutes to old market and pub street.

Preisleistung hervorragend!

Bis auf die üblichen Schönheitsfehler und Komfortmängel ein super Hotel! Die Matratzen waren leider schon sehr durchgelegen und wir hatten ständig Miniameisen auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück a la carte und lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und um den Gast bemüht. Kostenloser Transfer vom Flughafen. Sehr gute Lage.

Oasis is siem reap

The hotel was clean very comfortable has roof top pool which very well looked after and clean. Loved my stay there 5 min from pub street but the area is quiet can have a decent nights sleep.

A reserva incluia transfer de ida aeroporto/hotel, porém o mesmo não foi disponibilizado (nem na volta). Tentei contato por email com o hotel 3x antes da data reservada ára saber se estava tudo ok e como iria funcionar o transfer, mas não obtive resposta. Fora isso, o hotel é muito bom, quarto limpo, espaçoso. Bem localizado e proximo da pub street com varias opções de restaurantes.

Great location away from the noise

The hotel is ideally located just over the river from the main pub area. It's still close enough to the action but far away so it a not too noisy. The hotel was modern but lacked a few practical things like sockets located near the tv table. Instead this was under the window. Also no light switch near the bed. They are just small things though and easily forgotten. Breakfast was very slow but ok. Great value for money though!

Fantastic Hotel!

Fantastic rooftop pool, very clean facilities, helpful staff, and great location close to everything. Great value for the price! Beds were a bit firm, but that's a matter of preference I suppose.
