Our stay was luxurious and the staff were fantastic our room was amazing and the location was perfect. We travelled in low season - extremely hot ! some amenities were not available we were supposed to have daily access to prampi lounge food tea and coffee and soft drinks but it was closed - however the staff ensured we were still served the snacks at the pool bar instead ! very helpful and we would definitely recommend J7 and also stay there again.

Spatious room overlooking the courtyard. Comfortable bed. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast is abundant and varied. We had dinner twice at the on-site restaurant, but were disappointed in tge food quality and taste. The pool is refreshing and a good size.

Perfect. I stayed at J7 Angkor Hotel for three nights in August 2026 and had a fantastic experience. My Luxury Room with a private plunge pool was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the private outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The entire hotel is stylish, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast offered a great selection of high-quality food, including freshly prepared dishes and an omelet station. The restaurant service was outstanding. In-room dining was also excellent, with generous portions and delicious food. The Beef Lok Lak was particularly memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the warm welcome with a refreshing drink and cold towel to the attentive service throughout my stay, everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help. Thank you! A particularly thoughtful gesture was that the hotel celebrated my birthday even though it had been three days before my arrival. The team surprised me with a beautiful fruit cake and even sang a birthday song, making my stay even more memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend J7 Angkor Hotel. Amazing stay

We had a great stay at J7 Angkor. The staff was amazing, location is great - right in center, the room is spacious and the gym is decent which is hard to find in Siem Reap’s hotels. One thing I would suggest is taking off the light or decoration above the pool, it kinda ruins the view.
