This was such a fabulous choice perfect for children very clean food and service was excellent rooms spacious pool refreshing after a hot day. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel

All team members were extremely friendly and helpful. It also close to the old market (600-700 meters away). Our 3-day visits to Angkor Wat etc. were flexibly organised.

Great location. Quiet street but 10 minutes walk to the centre. This hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the staff. The reception staff and restaurant staff were all really helpful (especially the evening male staff member who’s name I didn’t manage to get) he went out of his way to help when we had a problem. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I’d recommend it to anyone. If I am ever in siem reap again I would definitely stay here.

It is wonderful to stay this hotel. It about 4-5 minutes walking and close to everything that I want to do like night market, restaurant, tourism zone, downtown, bar, and shopping. Breakfast, dinner were excellent, I have tested 3 kinds of food American, western, and Asia food “ wow” amazing. The air conditioning working good (quiet) and look expensive different from other that i used to stay. I hope I am lucky to have time next summer with my whole family 7 - 8 people to stay there again.

Great stay

For a relatively new hotel our stay was great. The staff are very attentive, more than willing to help with anything including carrying our very heavy suitcases down a flight of stairs! Room was very roomy with a separate shower and toilet. Plus we were upgraded for free to a room with balcony on arrival! Breakfast was fine but the portion sizes could have been bigger. Pool area was really nice and relaxing. We’d definitely stay again.

Rent och fräscht, blev uppgraderade när vi anlände. Hade ett toppenfilm med utsikt över poolen, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var kanske inte den bästa, men det har nog att göra med deras försök att få till en västerländsk frukost.

We will go back to Siem Reap because of this hotel

We are regular travellers, we like to travel in different countries and cities. This hotel is probably the hotel we enjoyed our time the most, the best hotel experience ever! Loved the pool and facilities a lot, but it was really the hotel staff made this hotel so outstanding. Nicky trained her staff so well, our receptionist, Lilly, made sure of almost everything go smooth for us. Morgan had a stick to assist his walk, they noticed that and arranged our tours and accommodation accordingly, in such a professional way, we felt like we were important friends to them and they went so many extra miles to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can not say enough thanks to them. We will go back to Siem Reap because of this hotel.

Amazing

The front desk staff is fantastic. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, wet towel and mochi dessert. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly especially Lily. They made us feel very welcome and I would definitely like to return there. The only downside is there’s no elevator and we had to climb the flight of stairs to our room but the hotel reassured us that they will have an elevator in 2 months time.

Quality vs. price ratio in this hotel is unexpectedly high. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. Everything from airport pick-up to breakfast service, cleaning and organizing Angor Wat tour was spot on. The pool is not big, but perfect for a morning or after sightseeing swim and relaxation. Located in a quiet alley, but only minutes away from the restaurants and approx 15mins by foot from Pub street. Perfect if you want to experience the quieter side of Siem Reap.

事前に空港からホテルまでの送迎をお願いして、迎えに来ていただきました、ドライバーとは別にスタッフの方が同行していて、車内で翌日の観光の手配をして頂きました。英語がほとんど出来ない私にも、わかりやすく、説明してくださいました。 朝食はメニューから選んで（１０種類位あったと思います）作ってもらうので、温かい美味しいご飯が食べれます。観光で早朝出発の際はお弁当を用意してくれました。 プールも大きくはないですが泳げる広さはあるので、とても良かったです。 帰りも空港まで送迎して頂いてとても助かりました。 不満点は、エレベーターがない（4階建てなので遺跡観光できる人なら問題ないレベルですが）、冷蔵庫があまり冷えない位で後はとても満足な滞在でした、また泊まりに行きたいと思えるホテルです。

Most of the staff are very helpful and respectful. The manager Sina went out of her way to accomodate me after an unfortunate incident. The Asian breakfast and the coffee were very good. The western breakfast was not good at all.

Best choice ever

Everything was perfect. The location is a bit off, yet with modern technology, it’s very easy to locate. And there is tuktuk waiting outside. It’s also walking distance to the pub street. At the front desk, Noch(not sure it’s the right pronunciation) welcomes us with cool towels and desserts. My grandpa and I changed the room twice and they did their best to accommodate us with great patience. LyLy is also great, greeted us every time we enter and get out of the front door, took us to the airport and took care of everything we asked for. The breakfast staff are all super nice and welcoming. The room itself is the best. With a pool view, a huge bed, a smart TV and hot hot shower. I am super happy with the room. Cambodia is a place with many wild animals so you might encounter lizards and a few insects. But apparently the hotel is doing pest control now and then. The room is always cleaned after we went out. All in all, I would definitely stay here again ang I highly recommend this hotel to all!!!!

Thank you very much for everything you've done to us. I offered a service for my boyfriend birthday, and you guys made special memories for us. The dinner was very delicious, the birthday cake and song were pretty and lovely. The bed decoration was cute as well. We loved all stuffs we've met. We never forget how sweet you guys were. When I visit Cambodia next time, I would like to see you guys again. Thank you very much !!!!
