「Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautifully located in the Tuscan hills. We were gifted with amazing views of Florence from just about anywhere on the property. The staff went above and beyond to make our 27 night stay memorable. Breakfast was bountiful with a great selection. 」

「Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par le lieu! La chambre est belle, bien équipée avec de belles attentions ! Une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le cadre est superbe ! Le seul bémol serait que sans la ville à côté tout n’était pas ouvert mais nous avions prévu ce qu’il fallait pour manger. Je recommande et c’est une adresse que je vais garder!」

「Perfect location! The location where you can see Palazzo Vecchio right in front of you and the fountain as well! Waking up in the morning and having breakfast while looking at the fountain was the best! We stayed in Luxury Rooms & Suites. The room was named Leonardo da Vinci and was wonderful. There was a king size bed and an extra bed, and the small room had a large sofa and breakfast desk, so it was very spacious and comfortable! 「部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かったのと、wi-fiが繋がりにくかった。自分で水や少し食料を持参したから良かったが、周辺にはお店もないので、冷蔵庫に少し飲み物を用意したり、紅茶やコーヒーくらい付けて欲しかった。レストランにデザートを食べに行ったが、カットフルーツを子供達が頼んだら、丸ごとの果物とナイフが出てきて唖然…。ジェラートを頼んだら棒アイス…あまりに手抜き！素敵なホテルだけれど、ちょっと残念だった。でも、犬連れには庭も広くて快適だったのでフィレンツェに行く時はまたぜひ泊まりたい」

「Not very good hosts. They don’t speak English and they don’t help accomodate guests for issues out of their control. I would stay away very poor customer service 」

「駅、ポンテヴェッキオ、ドゥオーモ等近く、観光にとても便利な場所でした。小さなスーパーもところどころにあり、大きなスーパーでも歩いて18分くらいです(なんでも揃う大きなスーパーです) キッチンも使いやすく食器も綺麗で快適でした。 4日宿泊しましたが1日の夜だけ、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったですが(個人的に熱めが好きなので)その他は全て良かったです。 窓から見える景色も美しく素敵でした。」

「Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. 「 Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.」
