The view of the famous square is gorgeous. The hotel manager is thoughtful and helpful to prepare us for the parking in advance. The location of the hotel has nothing to blame. Generally it’s a great place to stay for Siena.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location, the beautiful building and rooms, the amenities they give you in the room and local snacks and drinks make it 5 stars in my book. But what really makes it special are the staff. The communication and true kindness and friendliness they showed my friend and I were unmatched. I felt taken care of. They provided us with recommendations and were happy to store our luggage and offer us to stay in the beautiful sitting room if we wanted to relax as our bus wasn’t until later

THE BEST SIENA EXPERIENCE YOU COULD HAVE...

What a perfect place to stay in Siena. Olivia was such a hospitable host and we felt very cared for. The location is one of the best in Siena, steps away from the piazza and so many other great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Charming inn just off the Piazza del Campo. Viola and her mother are fabulous hosts. Our room had killer views of the campo and Torre del Mangia. Highly recommend La Terrazzo Sul Campo for an authentic Sienese experience.

Beyond what we expected

The room we were assigned was immense. The views from the 2 double french doors was amazing - in the corner of the piazza right next to the tower. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite modern and spacious. The room must be used for parties orother events as it was much much larger than any room we've ever stayed in. The entire property was spotless clean. We had a chance to speak with some of the family that owns this and you can tell they take great pride in it. They assisted with getting a taxi upon oir departure which was VERY helpful considering getting one in the morning is near impossible. Our great thanks to Viola and the rest of the family. We had a gantastic time and plan to return for a longer stay.

My wife and I loved our stay! The property is historic and has so much character. Our room had a view of the Il Campo square which was fantastic. The location can't be beat. The communication with the property prior to check was great. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here!

Could not have been better! The room was beautiful, and had a huge window overlooking the Piazza del Campo. It can get loud at night, but the hotel provided earplugs, and being in the heart of the energy was amazing.

Spectacular in Siena!

La Terrassa is great! The location and view over Il Campo in Siena is simply spectacular. The welcome from host Viola is brilliant (so many hotels could learn from her skills and warmth). The Suite is huge, feels like your own apartment. Breakfast snacks and lots of drinks provided. Highly recommended!

The absolute best place to stay in Siena. Viola could not do enough for us, even offering to walk with us to the taxi stand. If, you have a chance to stay in this historical family owned property you will be luck. Our large room opened up to the city square. Magical!

This was an amazing place. Our hostess was so kind, helpful, organized, ensured we were aware of what to do to check in, while there, provided great extras in the lobby, a very family orientated place and atmosphere. The room itself was large, historic, comfortable with a view of Il Campo main piazza, what a great location for getting anywhere in the city. The only info I would provide is because you are on the piazza, where everyone gathers, there can be noise, which did not bother us, however, the hostess thinks of everything and provides earplugs for those that might need it. Would definitely stay here again! Our favorite accommodation and city on this trip

This property is on the Piazza del Canpo. In the heart of Old Siena. The staff communicated via text prior to arrival. They provide bottled water and also a continental breakfast. Additionally you can enjoy aperitivo in the lobby. You can walk to all main attractions in minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be aware that the piazza is active until 2am so you can hear the revelry at times. Highly Recommend

A two night visit to Siena

2 night stay in Siena as part it holiday throughout Italy. Great accomodation, a little tricky to find. Staff are very helpful and polite, and the drinks, biscuits and snacks in reception are an added bonus and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
