「Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. Liked fresh cooked breakfast (as opposed to usual buffets) however I would love to see a better drinkable coffee being served and a little gripe - after requesting hard poached egg with no ‘snot’ my egg was totally snotty when I cut it and ran into my breakfast so didn’t eat much. 「Well situated. Hotel felt a bit dated but we got a good rate so I guess that reflects it. Staff were friendly but service a little slow and inefficient. We had two rooms for our family. My room was fine but the second room the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom which was a nuisance. I slept perfectly well but it would have been nice to be able to change the temperature- the panel in my bedroom didn’t seem to work. Rooms were clean but looked like they could do with a refurb. 」

「We just had a standard double room, I was suprised how nice it was for the price. The hotel itself is lovely, such a beautiful place. There are a few animals outside to feed, an outdoor bar area. The bar inside is great and reasonably priced. The food is AMAXING 」

「Lovely hotel with shops and places to visit nearby. Small things like have a space specifically for guests to hang out or read etc separate to people using restaurant and bar would improve stay. 」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable clean and well serviced. Other facilities were good (although vegetarian food was sorely lacking). Parking was easy. Would definitely use again. 」

「Good overall, food was great, really nice breakfast and tea time meal, bedroom was nice, bathroom was small but done the trick, shame no biscuits in the room with the tea bags. The spa was quite disappointing, needs decorating, too many people in there and loads of kids, not relaxing at all! The jacuzzi was only a little warm, the sauna and steam rooms were both cold, disappointed with the spa! 」
