「Great hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms could do with some charging points near the beds but other than than they were decent sized, clean and well appointed. In a great location to get to Newcastle or pop over to the Stadium of Light like we did. 」
「This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

「Welcoming reception. The food is amazing. Family friendly pub and restaurant. Rooms ok. Toilet cistern... you must press both buttons together to flush otherwise the nouse of water all night long. Instructions would be helpful along with a notification to say milk in fridge. Staff go extea mike to look after you. Bed comfy. Pillows confy too. 」
「Reallt friendly staff. Rooms clean and breakfast had good choice. We also had an evening meal on the first night. Fish and chips were excellent. Second night we shared a pizza in the bar which we also enjoyed.」
