「We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

「I discovered this hotel last year and liked it so much that it was a no-brainer to return this year. It was every bit as good. The staff are lovely. The rooms are designed perfectly and kept spotless. The breakfasts are excellent, although they have increased in price since last year. The location could scarcely be beaten: a five-minute walk from the Central Station, yet quiet enough for a very restful night's sleep.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to alter the harsh lighting in the...
「The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area.
Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy.
One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay.
