"Spotlessly clean friendly staff fantastic architecture and history in the building. Central to Durham. Car park charges a little expensive could have been half the price. A lovely stay "

"Staff was great, sadly the heater didnt work, and the little heater they provided did little to keep the room warm, in such terrible winter weather. And although the staff was amazing, they didn't offer any room changes or compensation. Thankfully we were able to find wool blankets at a near by store and bought 2 of them so that both my child and I could stay warm at night. So just think twice before you stay. I am sure the other rooms would be fine. "
