「Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road. I think for value for money...

「I spent 3 days at this hotel with a friend. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Jeannette. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she dealt with any issues we had . The hotel had a gym but the main areas, such as the bar/ bistro and the lounge was in a separate building to the hotel , which was just outside . This was called Rangos Although the hotel had limited times the reception was open, there were phone numbers we could ring if we needed...

「We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue...

「Great hotel. Rooms were large and well equipped. The shower was pretty poor and the hot breakfast could have been better. However, I would definitely come back again and would recommend.」
